Mischa Barton has agreed to plea no contest in her DUI case tomorrow morning with the terms negotiated by her lawyer and the Beverly Hills court. Along with a sentence of three-years probation, the former OC star must pay a $1700 fine, attend three-months of alcohol education classes, and the the marijuana charge was dropped due to the amount being so small. The amount was too small so the charge was dropped? Does that mean we can drop the title "actress" for her body of work being so small?
