The couple sent the rumour-mill into overdrive last weekend when Mariah showed off a dazzling sparkler on her ring finger at the afterparty for her new film 'Tennessee'. Reports that the pair had been secretly dating only started to emerge less than a month ago. 

Mariah - who at 38 is 11 years older than Cannon - has played it coy about the blossoming relationship. She claimed the only man she has eyes for is her Jack Russell terrier, Jack. But Cannon was more upfront when asked what he loves about the 'Touch My Body' beauty. He replied: "Everything." 

Mariah was previously married to record executive Tommy Mottola for five years. The pair had a bitter split in 1998. She has also dated singer Luis Miguel and baseball hunk Derek Jeter.
