Mischa Barton was seen heating things up in Cannes with her boyfriend Taylor Locke to start off the weekend-- her move to France has done a lot for her, I see. Mischa locked lips without even checking to see if there were a couple photogs about. Good for her! She might have gotten pretty stressed considering that she's in France to "relax." 

Meanwhile, Goldie Hawn was around the same bash, and schmoozing all over the place. I like Mischa's idea a lot better.
