Britney Dines Out As She's Ordered To Compensate Her Father $10,000

Britney Spears may have had a relaxing holiday away with film legend Mel Gibson in Costa Rica, but that doesn't mean the cogs of the courts haven't been turning in her absence. As the pop wreck headed out last night for a bite to eat in Los Angeles, it's been revealed that Brit has been ordered to pay her dad a further $10,000 for looking after her.
Private chef Jamie Spears has been forced to give up his job while he devotes himself to helping his troubled daughter get her life back on track. An LA court has approved his application for compensation of $2,500 (USD) a week for loss of earnings during a month-long period earlier this year.
The court papers say: "As a result of the responsibilities Mr Spears has assumed as Temporary Conservator of the Person and Temporary Co-Conservator of the Estate, he has been unable to continue his prior employment and thus no longer has the source of income he previously had in order to pay his expenses and bills.
Britney has turned her life around since Jamie's intervention. Her progress has impressed the judge in her child custody battle so much he recently granted her more time with her two sons.
I think that is a small amount compared to what he has done for her. I think he deserves more. He has to be compensated for loss of income. It is only fair.
Yeah i kinda agree although he is her dad that is his job and he shouldn t have 2 get paid for it. And after the childhood she had wit him and him being drunk for most of it i think he owes her. Luv ya brit x x
