If you thought her obessession with plastic surgery was a little out of control, it's actually worse and has rubbed off on her daughter. Apparently 12-year-old Georgia wants breast implants for her 13th birthday.

"Georgia wrote a little birthday wish-list for her 13th birthday later this month and on it was Kate Moss perfume, an iPhone and a boob job."

Before you think this chick is completely insane, she says she is going to make Georgia wait until she turns 16. Which is totally acceptable.
