It's official, Britney Spears is on the hunt for a new home. A Los Angeles judge ruled today that that her father  sell her Beverly Hills mansion and buy a more kid friendly home. She's been spotted house shopping in Encino which happens to be the current home of her ex, Kevin Federline. 

Temporary Conservators believe that they can find a more suitable residence with a larger backyard that would be more appropriate for the Temporary Conservatee's minor children. In addition the temporary conservators believe that they can find a replacement residence in a lower density, more quiet and less trafficked neighborhood that is also more accessible to parks and recreation areas suitable for the conservatee's children.

Fun facts about Encino. Comedian Phil Hartman was murdered by his wife in Encino in 1998. The Jackson family still own a house there, and mountain lion sightings are not uncommon.
