When it comes to expensive handbags, I believe only fools part with the cash for the real deal. I would personally pop down the market for my less than stitch perfect version and spend the rest of my hard earned cash on decent meals and hefty glasses of merlot. Either way, some of you are prepared to hit the decks with your credit cards for a bag with a zip that'll last, and it those of you who have been debating the latest offerings of neon handbags from Marc Jacobs. 

I thought this sickly acid yellow 'Day Fluo' nightmare would only be purchased by Victoria Beckham, but it appears I am wrong. I can only hope Kate Beckinsale's glow in the dark debut at Los Angeles airport yesterday will show the splurging masses, who are in two minds about whether to make that purchase, that this bag is a designer disaster!
