Paris Hilton has made a tax-deductible generous donation to the medical building at Children's Hospital Los Angeles. The exact amount has not been released but it is believed to be at least 3 months handbag money for Paris, so it is a great sacrifice for the young millionaire. The 460,000-square-foot Childrens Center for Cancer and Blood Diseases is expected to open in 2010.

As much as I hate to be nice about Paris Hilton in a post, you can't knock her for this. I even avoided all the obvious Paris/hospital/disease quips. She used to be so reliable and now she has gone all kind and generous. Come back Britney and Lindsay, all is forgiven.

If only she had donated to Chlamydia Research...
