Jolie Tipped To Play Batman's Nemesis, Catwoman

Angelina Jolie is being tipped to play Batman's nemesis, Catwoman! It's believed Jolie is keen on slipping herself into the form-fitting catsuit to reprise the role, according to the woman who made it famous on TV.
"Angelina would own the part," says actress Julie Newmar. "My industry friends tell me she has made enquiries about the role. I can understand how it would pique her interest. Catwoman is Batman's one true love. When you look at the staggering box office of this current film, which actress wouldn't want to jump at it? "
Newman, 74, played Catwoman in the original Batman TV series, staring Adam West. Actresses Michelle Pfeiffer played the role of Catwoman in 1992, while Halle Berry took a shot at it in 2004.
Meanwhile Jolie is currently enjoying family life in France with lover Brad Pitt and the couple's newly born twins. I'm sure the idea of squeezing into a cat suit right now is a little optimistic.

I understand you, but it isn’t her fault, the one who hate her jump on every occasion to proclaim it, and the one who love her run to defend her. She makes sell, because her story’s makes people speak. She is such a BRITNEY, and tabloids are there to make money.

Personally, i don't think they should cast a highly well-known actress, she's hyped up too much and hasn't had anything great since Tomb Raider. I think Megan Fox, Devon Aoki, or Sophie Monk should reprise the role.

I think she would be great in that because she is the only female actress in hollywood right now that can do so different roles!And please Wanted, Beowulf, Mr and mrs Smith were great succeses!

Isn't she too old and stretched out to be sexy Catwoman? Might as well keep 74 year old Newmar in the role, in that case.
Nadja-loony logic ONLY works with LOONIES. Beauwulf-Heroinlina was in for 5 seconds and was a cartoon. Wanted was not her film and she sucked ass in it-completely unbelievable that an anorexic heroin-addict could even get out of the house and MAMS was ONLY a success due to the personal controversy and hype she and Pitt generated by being filthy philanderers.

Catwoman is supposed to be sensual and voluptuous... and Jolie has lost that long ago. She could be doing some zombie movie now, with those bones and horrible veins sticking out, though.
