The last time Splash spied Matthew McConaughey surfing there was a bit of an ruckus on the beach with some passers by (they didn't want the photographers snapping their actor mate it seems). Luckily this time, it was a more peaceful affair. Matthew smiled. We smiled. Matthew surfed. We snapped away. Oh it was a beautiful moment.
