Singer Cher has decided she wants to sell her massive house in Malibu. The market price for this amazing house? Only $45 million! The house, which has a huge pool and tennis court, overlooks the Pacific Ocean and takes up 14,000 sq ft of prime real estate. The house is actually set on a futher 1.7 acres of land. Cher's fortune is estimated at somewhere in the region of $600 million.

Well I think we can safely say who would want to buy a huge house like this... No doubt Cher's agents will be receiving calls from the Jolie/Pitt's agents in the near future, they have so many kids now they are going to need a house this big.
