Miley Cyrus is soon to turn 16-years-old and to celebrate this momentous occasion, she's throwing a huge party at Disneyland and 5,000 of you are invited!

ET has learned that Miley's fans are going to be able to join in the fun too! A limited number of $250 tickets to the exclusive event, "Miley's Sweet 16 -- Share the Celebration," go on sale on August 30 at 9am PDT.

$250 might sound like a lot of money but it all going to help the Youth Services of America, an organization dedicated to increasing the quantity and quality of volunteer opportunities for today's youth.

Miley doesn't officially turn 16 until November 23 but this celebration is going to include fireworks, Hannah Montana themed party zones, and even a performance by the tween star.
