Kate Hudson has been slapped with a lawsuit, accusing her of stealing top-secret cosmetic ingredients and using them in her own line of products. According to a lawsuit filed yesterday in Los Angeles Superior Court, the Almost Famous actress entered into an agreement with cosmetic company 220 Laboratories to produce and market hair, skin and body products made with volcanic ash from the South Pacific island of Vanuatu.
The lawsuit alleges that once Hudson and celebrity hairdresser David Babaii learned about the secret volcanic ash ingredients she and her partners set up a new company 'David Babaii for WildAid' that cut out 220 Labs from their deal.
220 Laboratories are suing the star and her hairdresser for unspecified damages, alleging misappropriation of trade secrets, fraud, breach of contract, breach of faith and interference with prospective business advantage.

This story is UNBELIEVABLE to me...It warps my entire perception of Kate Hudson. I saw her on The Today Show and was like ' you go Kate' She fabulous eco friendly -movie star.
What kind of celebrity steals the ingredients of the samples they get? ewww. Is she going to flat out deny it or stay silent. Because the more silent she stays, the more I believe its true.
