Leighton Meester, who plays Blair Waldorf on the hit show "Gossip Girl," hid behind a bodyguard on the way to her trailer yesterday. The CW show was filming on the campus of Columbia University, an Ivy League school located in the Morningside Heights neighborhood of Manhattan.

Last week's edition of Trend Alert of focused on celebrities wearing moccasins but it looks like Leighton is taking the trend one step further with her leather kidney shaped hunting bottle.

Lets hope this fashion statement doesn't catch on.
