Superman swimmer Michael Phelps has denied rumors that he is currently dating a model, specifically the British model Lily Donaldson. The Olympic athlete who has just won an amazing 8 gold medals in swim events at the 2008 Beijing Olympics told Good Morning America host Chris Cuomo that he did not even have a girlfriend and spent his time swimming, listening to hip-hop and working on his car.

Phelps, pictured here appearing on Good Morning America, will be appearing on the new issue of Sports Illustrated reproducing the iconic cover made by Mark Spitz, who showed off the 7 gold medals he won in swimming at the 1972 Olympics.
