Splash ran into young Miley Cyrus helping her mom by filling the meter
in Los Angeles. She might not want a parking ticket, just like us, but
I can't get past the whole billionaire-by-the-time-she's-20 thing.
Judging from her relaxed outfit and family outings, she's still doing a
great job at disguising the fact that she's totally loaded and famous.
