How amazing does Rumer Willis look here in Malibu, where Splash found
her shopping at Planet Blue? She's probably just feeling peppy since it
has been confirmed that she'll be Miss Golden Globe at the 2009 Awards.
She might have missed out on the title when the Globes were cancelled,
but I'm sure she's glad to be scooping that up next January.

How much did they pay you to say Rumer Willis and hot in the same sentence. Just because your parents have star quality doesnt mean you were born with it. Go to college, find a hobbie, discover your true calling. Sorry Rumor, you can only force so much on the public and it still doesnt mean your a star.
