Rumer Willis wowed the crowds this week when she was seen outside of
the Letterman studio in Manhattan. She should wear navy blue bubble
dresses all the time, because it's making her much more popular-- she
signed autographs for fans on the way to her car.
I told you Rumer Willis was looking good. Nobody wanted to believe me, but these photographs are showing off her potential. In fact, she almost looked like a raven-haired Paris Hilton when she was snapped getting into her car on the New York streets!
