Beautiful singer Solange Knowles, who has been working hard to completely cast herself out of sister Beyonce's shadow, was seen on the "Late Show With David Letterman", where she promoted her new CD at the Ed Sullivan Theater stage door, in New York. Solange's new album is called "Sol-Angel and the Hadley St Dreams" and was released on August 26, 2008 in the USA. The album, which features fusions of pop, jazz, soul, blues and R&B has received favorable reviews from critics.

Solange was pictured wearing a black skirt with pink tights and black boots and also in tight blue jeans with some colorful patterned boots, as she shows off the modelling/fashion side of her character. Solange models for her mother's clothing line, which is called House of Dereon. Solange was formerly married to football player Daniel Smith, who spent some time with the Carolina Panthers. The couple divorced in 2007.
