Hilary Duff was all smiles when she left  a Toluca Lake hair salon today. The "Lizzie McGuire" was sporting some short shorts that showed off her lovely legs as she waved to the paparazzi on the way to her car.

Duff's dad is currently spending ten days in jail for contempt of court. Bob Duff was led away in handcuffs after a Texas judge ruled that he had been selling off assets without court approval. The Duffster's parents are going through a divorce and her father had attempted to sell of several assets to prevent having to split or give them to his estranged wife.
