Meg Ryan used her mop of blond hair to hide from the paparazzi while out with her super-tall son Jack in Santa Monica. As soon as the two of them spotted photogs, they hunched down and zipped out of Fred Segal as soon as they could. It's just too bad that Meg couldn't hide her lack of a bra plus baggy combats, but at least we know she's down-to-earth.
