Britney Spears made a triumphant return at the MTV VMAs last night, scooping three awards. The 26-year-old, who opened the show with a hilarious skit with Jonah Hill, won three Moonman, including the night's biggest award - 'video of the year' for her chart smash 'Piece Of Me.'
The Gimme More singer didn't perform, but she did introduce the show's presenter, Russell Brand, to the stage. After being escorted to the stage from her dressing room, Britney took centre stage announcing: "I'm here tonight to celebrate a very important birthday. This is the 25th Video Music Awards - and it starts now."
Soon after her rousing speech the pop princess was back on the stage accepting her first ever Moonman for 'best female video' for 'Piece Of Me.' In her acceptance speech, Britney said: "This is an honour. I first want to thank god for just blessing me like this, my beautiful family, my two beautiful boys for inspiring me everyday. Any my fans this is for you."
Spears later picked up her second award for 'best pop video', again for 'Piece Of Me', announcing she was "speechless" and offered thanks to manager Larry Rudolph who was with Spears at the show.

She looks great! Wish her the best! Stay away from the scum.
