While Britney Spears is in New York visiting children, promoting her new single "Womanizer," and looking damn good while doing it, her cousin and former personal assistant Alli Sims has been cut off from all contact with the "Gimmie More" singer

I have no idea when I'll see her again. I miss her every day...When [Britney's] dad gained control, he put some rules down . . . it's just best for her to not communicate with a lot of people. My main concern is her being OK.

Ali, who we spotted leaving Crown Bar in West Hollywood last night is still looking to launch her own singing career (probably made more difficult now that she doesn't have Britney's help), and has been jetting back and forth from Los Angeles and Nashville, Tennessee to work on her album.
