We ran into Hanson while they were hanging out with fans (yes, they still have fans) at the State Theatre in Falls Church, Virginia, where the brothers asked people to help contribute to solving poverty and AIDS epidemics in Africa. They raised awareness and signed autographs barefoot while simultaneously undermining their own charitable efforts by flipping us off when we asked about "MMMBop." Unnecessarily harsh!

Their shoeless walks are part of a tour (!) called "Walk Around the World," which will conclude November 16th. They're going to be making a CD and releasing it with a book chronicling their experience. Proceeds will go to help those in poverty, so I recommend you buy the book to help the cause, and then hide it.
