Hilary Duff looked stunning as she attended the "Blessings in a
Backpack" event, a charity nutritional program held at the Roberto
Clemente Elementary School in New York City.
Although we're wondering if the actress was cold, because everyone else in NYC was wrapped up over the weekend. Perhaps time to wear some tights with that LBD.
