Jessica Simpson, looking gorgeous in a simple sleeveless red dress, had dinner at Madeos in West Hollywood, CA last night. According to the Chicago Sun-Times, The "Come on Over" singer was spotted ring shopping with boyfriend, Dallas Cowboy's quarterback Tony Romo, at a Dallas area Neiman-Marcus.

Jessica and Tony have been dating for 11-months and there are rumors that the two could be married in a winter ceremony, sometime after the Super Bowl.
