Julianne Moore's in trou-ble! She ended up walking over to her car in
New York just a few minutes too late to catch the meter person handing
out a ticket. I hate it when that happens!
The red-headed actress has been making waves in her role in Blindness. Since the movie has been out, it has been causing quite the stir in the blind community. The National Federation of the Blind has been protesting the film, and recently said that "For people to make money by saying blind people are incompetent and helpless and criminally depraved is outrageous."
It's an eye-opening take on a very good film, but an actress who doesn't take controversial roles won't get noticed.
