Hollywood actress Katherine Heigl is starting a family. According to a report by the National Enquirer, the 29-year-old Grey's Anatomy Emmy-winning actress and her husband Josh Kelley decided to start their family with a child from Korea within the next year.
A source told the US magazine that Heigl decided to adopt from Korea because her older sister Meg was adopted by their parents from that country. The friend told the Enquirer: "Meg has had a profound impact on Katherine's life, which is why she and Josh are trying to adopt a Korean child. "They've chosen an adoption agency and have started filing the necessary paperwork. "They haven't gone public with the news yet because they want to make sure there are no problems before they make an announcement."
The couple, who met in 2005 and tied the knot last December, debated for months whether to have a biological child or adopt, said the pal, who added: "They finally decided adoption is the best option for them right now.

You mean that she decided that "adoption is the best option for them right now". This is a surprisingly sensible choice coming from KH and I have a whole new respect for her for understanding that a woman who chain-smokes like her should not be having children of her own. And I'm sure that her choice has nothing to do with keeping her figure, keeping her job, etc.
