The Brothers and Sisters star is still legally married to his wife, Rosetta Getty.

THINGS ARE STILL HOT AND HEAVY BECAUSE IT WAS ONLY BEEN 4 MONTH SINCE WE FOUND OUT ABOUT THE AFFAIR THEY ARE STILL IN THE HONEYMOON PERIOD, WAIT TILL SHE HAS TO GO TO ENGLAND TO START ON HER FILM AND REAL LIFE STARTS TO INTERFERE. SAW A PHOTO OF GETTY WITH HIS WIFE SOME TIME AGO HOLDING HER HAND AND GUIDING HER THROUGH THE TRAFFIC JUST AS LOVING AS HE IS BEING NOW, NOT JUST ALL THAT KISSING AND THAT IS MAINLY MILLER. WE WILL SEE WHEN THE ROT SETS IN. I CAN'T UNDERSTAND WHY GETTY IS NOT DIVORCING HIS WIFE HE SHOULD SUPPORT HIS CHILDREN AND IF WHAT SOMEBODY SAID IS RIGHT GETTY WILL NOT INHERIT FROM THE GETTY BILLIONS, THERE IS NOT MUST MONEY TO GET. GETTY HAS ONLY IS MONEY FROM BROTHERS AND SISTERS.

They both have serious issues. It seems they have no morals nor do they care if they have any. I also agree with the other email, they both should be banded from the Entertainment industry. I among many others will not be watching their shows and movies...
