Beyonce was the host with the most as she stepped out in long, flowing black for Gotham Magazine's party: it's only fitting to hit the red carpet with a bang, seeing how she's the star of their November cover and all! Beyonce's proven time and time again that frill doesn't have anything over a gorgeous face, and used this simple sheath to prove it. Yowza!
