Hilary Duff showed off more than her "I Voted" sticker while out shopping with her sister Haylie Duff today. The Lizzie Maguire star turned a few heads with her short black mini-skirt that showed of her legs while out shopping in Los Angeles.

I bet those legs could sway a few votes!
