Kylie Minogue plunked a (cute) hat on her head in Argentina, where she's finishing up her tour, and tried to go undercover shopping at the boutiques in San Telmo. While she managed a little bit of browsing, it was just a matter of time before fans started recognizing her and she got mobbed!
