Nicky Hilton traipsed through L.A. yesterday to have a bite to eat with a friend. While she was looking super prim watching basketball earlier this week, she thankfully took that sweater off her shoulders and loosened up to dine and giggle. We caught her waiting for valet yesterday on the sidewalk, and she was all "drat!" because the photogs caught up with her.
