Splash snapped the skinny mother of three as she vacated London's popular Cipriani's restaurant after dinner with designer pals Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana of Dolce & Gabbana.

In a cream/mustard colored dress, Victoria seemed unfazed at having been spied in her black cab. The former Spice Girl even enjoyed a nibble on her nails in front of the paps.
