Stephanie Pratt took a break from defending her brother Spencer Pratt to hang out in a sparkling headband with boyfriend Cameron. They were seen all over each other-- or "very much in love" to some other interested parties at club Bardot, where they were later seen leaving hand-in-hand. As long as Steph stays away from Speidi, she'll do okay.
