Whitney Port must be all excited to launch her new show The City next month, because she gave photogs a smile that has seemed to escape Hills co-star Lauren Conrad's repertoire for quite some time. The enviably leggy reality show princess was seen leaving posh Anastasia salon in Beverly Hills, where the waiting list is long but they do killer eyebrows!
