The brother of actor Mark Ruffalo (13 Going on 30) was shot in the head Monday night in what the New York Post is calling an "execution style shooting." Scott Ruffalo, 39 is a hardresser here in Los Angles and was found wounded in his Beverly Hills apartment.

He is currently in intensive care and the Beverly Hills police are investigating.
