Guy Ritchie held a cup of something hot as he wandered around on the Sherlock Holmes set in London, cracking a few rare smiles as he spent time with Jude Law and Trudie Styler. 

While he might not look like he's in the holiday spirit, he did say previously that he's planning a blow-out Christmas feast with his children at his country estate. It sounded great, except that now The Sun's reporting his plans have blown up in his face! Rumor has it that Madonna's no longer welcome, which means that it could be a "very unhappy Christmas," according to a source. 

No wonder he's frowning. . . can he turn it all around in time for X-Mas?
