The Aussie actress took a chance to spend some time outdoors before getting back to business like stirring things up on Grey's Anatomy as a bisexual intern.

George's new role on the top-ranking show is a major win for the actress, who hasn't been on an A-List TV show (although she's been in plenty of films) since Alias.
