Stephanie Pratt, sister of the infamous eloping Spencer and Hills regular, was seen picking up some goodies on a break from tearing down Doug Reinhardt. It was just two days ago that Stephanie made an appearance on "The Hills After Show" to talk about her life and her relationships, commenting that Amanda Bynes' current boyfriend (her past fling) was missing one thing-- a personality!  Stephanie was shopping her heart out on Robertson Boulevard when Splash spotted her yesterday.
