The UK premiere of Twilight was a small and quick affair, as only a minimal amount of cast arrived to promote the romance/thriller which has taken the USA by storm. Director Catherine Hardwicke, Kirsten Stewart, Robert Pattinson were snapped on the black carpet as they braved an icy Central London.
