George Clooney caused pandemonium while signing autographs at the Heart for Children charity event in Berlin. Looking dapper in a tux, he managed to scribble off some John Hancocks as the women in the crowd got more and more frenzied. I don't even know how he could concentrate on his own name with the noise level. Those are some crazed fans for Clooney!
