Blake Fielder-Civil, the jailed husband of singer Amy Winehouse has filed for divorce. He is claiming adultery in the court filings probably after seeing these pictures of the Rehab singer frolicking on the beach with Joshua Bowman, a hunky young rugby player.

"I can confirm that I have been instructed to commence divorce proceedings on the grounds of Amy's adultery," Henri Brandman told People, confirming a statement he made to a Sunday tabloid in the U.K.

Amy has been getting her life together lately and during her recent trip to St. Lucia, the train wreck pop singer looked like she was having a great time, looking a bit healthier than usual while she played a soccer and enjoyed the Caribbean sun. 

We can only hope that getting "Blaaaaaaake Incarerated" out of her life permanently, will help in her get her career back on track and not send her life spiraling out of control.
