David Beckham showed off his impressive form-- and a heart monitor-- while working out with AC Milan in Dubai this week. At the end of his workout with other notable athletes like Ronaldinho, he sucked down some water, spit it out, and splashed himself as well. Erm, very impressive workout, David! 

Despite reports that his new tattoo, which reads "My son, do not forget my teaching but keep my commands in your heart," got Victoria irritated, people are now saying she helped him design it herself. Either way, it's quite the addition to a nice canvas, wouldn't you say?
