Sarah Jessica Parker's nanny is obviously awesome-- she let little James Wilkie chow down on a New York slice after school. The two were spotted heading home in Manhattan as James devoured what looked like half a pizza in his tiny hands. I think he's one of the cutest Hollywood spawn out there!
