Blake Lively very unceremoniously dumped Penn Badgley's hand as they walked around on the Gossip Girl set together. As soon as they saw us coming in New York, these two kind of zigzagged and ducked their heads, with Blake tossing Penn's hand aside. Ouch!
She must really not want any lovey-dovey shots emerging in the tabs. Perhaps she's planning a secret breakup? You never know...
