Paris Hilton's recently been admonished for her major shopping spree throughout Australia, racking up bills like $4,000 in one shop and $100 per minute, but she's giving back to more than just the economy Down Under. The socialite went to the Children's Hospital in Queensland to distribute gifts along with sister Nicky Hilton and her BFF Brittany Flickinger, spending time with kids and teens as she made her way through the hospital.
