Taylor Swift rocked the New Year stage looking all doe-eyed last night and was snapped in various stages of "bundled up." Starting out in a slim black coat, she was quickly performing for the giant Times Square crowd in her frock and tights. The people who were watching, of course, were still trying to fight off frostbite.
