I have no idea what Courtney Love is wearing and I'm not even going to try and understand what inspired her attempt at 1920's flasher flapper chic.
If you picture her laying on the ground though, like in a gutter (shouldn't be hard) she would be perfect for a role as a dead hooker in one of Agatha Christie's Hercule Poirot mysteries.
