Drew Barrymore clearly dressed to impress last night as she walked the red carpet in a strapless black knee length dress with an off-pink bow detailing. Her simple make-up, consisting of pale lips and false eyelashes, kept her looking fresh and healthy. 

Perhaps the presence of her ex boyfriend Justin Long had a little to do with her flawless appearance? Justin, who split from the star in July of last year, was joined by his brother Christian at the Hollywood premiere of He's Just Not That Into You at the Grauman's Chinese Theatre.
